Key Responsibilities
HSE Officers are responsible for overseeing site safety, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. They coordinate with supervisors and workers to enforce safety protocols and respond to emergencies. Fire Watch personnel monitor hot work and other hazardous activities, ensuring that proper safety measures are followed to prevent fire incidents. Both roles require strict adherence to safety standards, proper documentation, and immediate reporting of any unsafe conditions. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for maintaining a safe working environment during shutdown operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in safety roles within the oil and gas industry, specifically with shutdown projects. Strong spoken English skills are mandatory. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Valid Saudi documentation is required, including IQAMA (Absher copy), Muqeem, passport, visa copy, CR, insurance, and medical fitness certificate.
